To our Loyal Customers and Global Community, AMIRI remains firm in our prioritization of the health and well-being of our community. We are maintaining regular business operations and our primary objective throughout this period is to ensure we maintain our quality of service at all levels.

Order Processing

AMIRI is currently fulfilling all eligible orders at this time. You will receive an automatic confirmation email after you place your order.

 

Shipping

After placing your order, please allow up to 3 business days for your items to ship. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships. All orders are shipped UPS ground. AMIRI is not responsible for items lost, damaged or stolen in transit. All risks associated are assumed by the courier.

Please note, AMIRI does not ship on weekends and major holidays. All items marked as final sale are not eligible for cancelation, return or exchange.

 

Returns

We are currently extending returns and exchanges within 20 days of the order delivery date. If you are unable to meet this requirement, please contact us in advance.

Once your return arrives to our facility, please allow for it to be processed within 7 days during this time. Depending on your payment provider, it can take 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to post to your account.

If AMIRI determines that any products are not in original condition a refund or exchange will not be granted and the items will be shipped back to you.
