Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing, pending availability and credit card verification. Orders cannot be modified or cancelled after it has been placed. 

You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships. All orders are shipped UPS Ground with a signature required.

AMIRI is not responsible for items lost, damaged or stolen in transit. All risks associated are assumed by the courier.

Orders may experience shipping delays during special releases, major holidays, and during markdown periods.

Please note, we do not ship on weekends and major holidays. 

 

RETURNS

AMIRI allows returns within 10 days of the order delivery date. All returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed with all original tags attached. The original invoice must be included with any return. Failure to do so can delay the processing of your return. Return shipping will be paid by the customer.

Returns are processed within 7 business days of the package arriving at our facility. This period may be longer during peak sales periods. Depending on your payment provider, it can take 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to post to your account.

If AMIRI determines that any products are not in original condition, a refund will not be granted and the items will be returned to you.

MARKDOWN

Items purchased during the markdown period or marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange. All sales are final. 

Sale Adjustments After Purchase
If we markdown the price of an item you have already purchased, we will adjust the sale price at your request within 10 days of your shipment date. 

AMIRI does not participate in price matching with other retailers.

AMIRI reserves the right to extend, modify or discontinue markdowns at any time without notice.

 

LOST PACKAGES

If you cannot locate your package, you will need to contact UPS to initiate a lost package claim.
