ALL ORDERS INCLUDE FREE SHIPPING, VALUE ADDED TAX (TAX), AND DUTIES AT CHECKOUT.

PLEASE ALLOW 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS FOR ORDER PROCESSING, PENDING AVAILABILITY AND CREDIT CARD VERIFICATION. THIS MAY TAKE LONGER DURING MARKDOWN PERIODS OR MAJOR HOLIDAYS. PLEASE NOTE, AMIRI DOES NOT SHIP ON WEEKENDS. 

AMIRI WILL EMAIL YOU WITH UPDATES AND TRACKING INFORMATION ONCE YOUR ITEMS HAVE SHIPPED. IN AN EVENT THAT A PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK OR BACKORDERED, YOU WILL BE CONTACTED BY OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM.

AMIRI IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LOST OR STOLEN IN TRANSIT. ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED ARE ASSUMED BY THE COURIER.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

TO INITIATE A RETURN OR AN EXCHANGE, PLEASE CONTACT SUPPORT@AMIRI.COM

AMIRI ALLOWS RETURNS WITHIN 10 DAYS OF THE ORDER DELIVERY DATE. ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN, UNDAMAGED, AND UNWASHED WITH ALL ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED. THE ORIGINAL INVOICE MUST BE INCLUDED WITH ANY RETURN. FAILURE TO DO SO CAN DELAY THE PROCESSING OF YOUR RETURN. RETURN SHIPPING WILL BE PAID BY CUSTOMER.

A FULL REFUND, LESS THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING COST, WILL BE ISSUED IMMEDIATELY UPON THE ARRIVAL AND INSPECTION OF YOUR RETURN. DEPENDING ON YOUR PAYMENT PROVIDER, IT CAN TAKE 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR THE REFUNDED AMOUNT TO POST TO YOUR ACCOUNT.

IF AMIRI DETERMINES THAT ANY PRODUCTS ARE NOT IN ORIGINAL CONDITION, A REFUND OR EXCHANGE WILL NOT BE GRANTED AND THE ITEMS WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU.
